This course will take a comprehensive look at the concept of wills and testaments in Islam.  It will cover the distribution of the estate, the rules and responsibilities of the executor and how to create a will that both, adheres to Islamic law and is valid in Canada.

The course includes a theory component, interactive sessions and practical examples.  Students can expect that after completing the course they will have enough knowledge to begin preparing their own simple will.

The course is open to men and women.
